How does it work?

Deposyta handles trays with dimensions 300x306mm with three possible heights: 30mm, 80mm, 130mm. Each tray can be subdivided into a number of cells ranging from 1 to 20,with a hundred of different combinations.

A robot, inside the machine, transfers the trays from the storing area to an external bay for the operations of picking and/or deposit. At the bay, an automatic mechanism opens only those cells corresponding to the selected items.

The absence of standard or preset configurations (as in traditional models using drawers) makes Deposyta the most versatile and flexible automatic warehouse available on the world market.

To follow the changes of its storing needs, the operator (without contacting the supplier) can choose and change the configurations trays/cells at any time.

Deposyta can be changed into the storing machine you need. Any example?

Deposyta can become an automatic vertical warehouse for normal picking, your automatic vertical warehouse with checking of deposit and expiry dates, automatic vertical warehouse with stock control, an automatic vertical warehouse with restrictions. In this last case, you can set for each user some accessible and restricted products.

It is possible to set a specific storing section for the management staff only (to store replenishing items), which is connected to the other machines used for normal picking by standard users.
